To access the sub-contractor portal, veterans must meet specific safety and legal criteria. You represent and warrant that:
You are a veteran of the United States Armed Forces.
You possess a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle abstract for a minimum of the last 3 years.
You have no drug-related charges, DUIs (within the last 10 years), or domestic/international terrorist charges on your record. Donors and vendors participating in our pallet recycling program agree to provide "slightly used" or repairable pallets. Adirondack Corp. provides the logistics and transport for these materials from your location to our purchasing partners.
Ownership Transfer: Upon pickup by Adirondack Corp., ownership of the pallets is transferred to Adirondack Corp. for the purpose of recycling and repurposing.
Liability: Donors are not liable for the end-use of the pallets once they have been collected by our team.
Tax Documentation: Donors are responsible for determining the fair market value of their donations. Adirondack Corp. will provide receipts acknowledging the quantity of pallets received to assist in your tax exemption claims.
